Abdul is a dedicated Mechanical Design Engineer with over a decade of experience in ideation, prototyping, and working on multidisciplinary projects within diverse teams. My expertise spans both high-volume and low-volume production, as well as specialized technologies and New Product Introduction (NPI). Throughout his career, he has successfully managed simulations, data management, and risk mitigation strategies while utilising a variety of 2D and 3D software tools. He is skilled in producing detailed geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GDT) drawings and developing mold tooling specifications. He has a proven track record of collaborating with external partners to design and build test jigs, ensuring rigorous testing for both in-house and manufacturer processes. Abdul leads detailed discussions with manufacturers, allowing for clear dialogue and effective problem-solving.
